Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition
  • Be returned in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories and components

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@phbcollective.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used products
  • Damaged items caused by misuse
  • Gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
